Employee Terms & Notice Period Policy

Employment Nature

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All client data, login credentials, strategies, and internal information are strictly confidential.
All work created during employment remains the exclusive property of Clickfox Digital.
Confidentiality obligations continue even after separation.

Notice Period Policy

Full-Time & Part-Time Employees:
Mandatory notice period of 30 days.
Interns:
Notice period of 7–15 days, depending on internship nature and duration.

This policy is binding upon acceptance of employment or internship.

Failure to Serve Notice Period

If an employee or intern exits without serving the applicable notice period:

Salary or stipend may be adjusted or withheld in lieu of notice.
Experience letter, relieving letter, or completion certificate may be withheld.
The Company may take contractual or legal action if required.

Company Rights

Waive or shorten the notice period at its discretion.
Terminate employment without notice in cases of misconduct, confidentiality breach, fraud, non-performance, or reputational harm.
